Side Meeting Request
For Side Meetings organized by participants during the course of the conference, 10 – 14 September 2012, the EMS has reserved 1 extra room free of charge for the Side Meeting organizer(s). Please note, that this side meeting room is not available for booking as an extension of a session. These kind of requests will automatically be withdrawn.
Please note, that every participant of a Side Meeting must be registered for the EMS&ECAC 2012.EMS2012

Each room is equipped with one PC projector (beamer).
The above meeting room can be reserved for the following time blocks, whereby max. 2 successive time blocks can be blocked per Side Meeting:

Your request will be handled by Copernicus Meetings on a first come - first served basis (deadline: 30 June 2012). Your Side Meeting will be scheduled in the next few days and will then automatically be shown in the Side Meeting Overview. You will only be contacted by us in case any questions may arise.
